We invite you to join Representative Jamie Raskin (Maryland’s 8^th Congressional District) and Council Member Natali Fani-Gonzalez (Montgomery County Council 6^th District) to discuss job loss and changes in the Federal workplace, the status of immigrants, and the enforcement of civil rights protections. They will share resources from the federal and county levels to assist people directly impacted by the changes. 

As our community members express anxiety about the pace of changes coming from the federal government, Tikvat Israel seeks to support you and facilitate information. ​​​​Rabbi Marc Israel and school psychologist Dr. Jonathan Solomon will address the spiritual and emotional impact of these challenging times and how to talk to children about what is happening.
